Agreement for users and business entities.
1. Applicability
These T&C apply to all users of the 'AfriTrust' platform, offering business reviews, directory listings, and digital reputation tools. AfriTrust is a subsidiary of Majesty Developers, Irenenstr. 66, 40468 Düsseldorf, info@majesty-developers.com.
2. Terms of Use
- Registration: Required with a valid email and password. Users are responsible for account security.
- Content: Reviews and business profiles must not contain illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing content.
- Verification: The 'Verified' status is granted based on documentation provided by the business and manual review by AfriTrust.
- Availability: No guarantee of 100% uptime; maintenance periods are possible to ensure platform security.
3. Liability & Restrictions
The operators are not liable for damages resulting from platform use or content provided by third parties (reviews). Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their profile data. Any attempt to manipulate ratings or buy reviews will lead to immediate account termination.
4. Payment & Termination
Subscription plans are detailed on our pricing page. Billing is typically monthly with a 7-day free trial for new nodes. Accounts may be suspended for breaches of these terms. Self-termination is possible via the dashboard.
Final Provisions
Jurisdiction: Düsseldorf, Germany. Applicable law: German law. These T&C are available in German and English. The German version is binding.
