1. Applicability
These T&C apply to all users of the AfriTrust platform. AfriTrust is a subsidiary of Majesty Developers.
2. Terms of Use
- Registration: Valid email required. Users are responsible for account security.
- Content: Reviews and profiles must not be illegal or offensive.
- Verification: Verified status is granted after manual documentation review.
- Availability: No guarantee of 100% uptime due to security maintenance.
3. Liability & Restrictions
Operators are not liable for damages from platform use or third-party content. Rating manipulation leads to immediate termination.
4. Payment & Termination
Plans are detailed on our pricing page. Accounts may be suspended for breaches. Self-termination is possible via the dashboard.
Final Provisions
Jurisdiction: Dusseldorf, Germany. Applicable law: German law. The original legal framework remains binding.
